Unit Managers for October 2009
To qualify as a Unit Manager, they must personally order a minimum $1,000 Retail order and personally recruited consultants must order minimum $3,000 Retail in the same month. In addition, Unit Managers have personally recruited a total of 12 active consultants. Unit Managers can:
- Earn a monthly cash bonus up to $250
- Earn 50% discount level on all Retail orders
- Receive a Unit Manager charm and career level certificate
- Have their name and photo in the Achiever and Recognition Room on BeautiNet
- Earn 10% commission on personally recruited Consultants' sales by ordering $1,100 or more Retail
- Earn 8% commission on personally recruited Consultants' sales by ordering $900-$1,099 Retail
- Earn 4% commission on personally recruited Constultants' sales and yourself + 4% commission on Unit Manager Team by ordering $450-$899 Retail
