Good Customer Care…how do you do that?

In our current economic times we have to be at the top of our game. Customer Care is vital to our bank account, future bookings and recruits. Consumers are spending, but making “choices” about who and where to spend their money. WE have to be at the “top of their list” when it comes to purchasing their skin care and cosmetics. Therefore we are going to get very deliberate about customer care. The exciting news is we have the tools available already, like our binder, BSR, Hour Of Power. In the coming weeks we will just dust them off and begin to use them. To begin the process of good Customer Care we simple need to “capture” their information. You may or may not have been good at collecting, and then recording information, such as addresses,best phone numbers to reach them, or e mail addresses. Today you have a second chance to build a GREAT Customer Care list with all the information collected and at your finger tips!
Here are some words to say…
“Hi, ________ (name of customer) this is ________ (your name). How are
you? (build rapport by talking about something you have in common, the
weather, etc Stay focused on them.) Each February I take time to contact
all of my BeautiControl clients to say “thanks” and update your contact information.
Can I take a few minutes of your time to do so?
O.K, I want to make sure you are receiving our Client Connection mailings
that come out several times a year. Is your current address (repeat their
address to them for confirmation.) I have reached you at this phone number
(repeat the number to them.) Is there another number that you like to
receive calls on, such as a cell phone or work number that I can put down for
you? (repeat the number they give you back to them.) Recently, BeautiControl
started offering more specials via e mails. I also have found that e mail
is an easy way for us to stay connected. Your e mail address is? (confirm
and repeat back to them.) I also offer a special discount during your birthday
month. What month were you born? (repeat by to them.)
I appreciate your business throughout the year and want to be the first
person you call for any skin care, spa or glamour product needs that you might have.
You can always reach me at (share your phone number and e mail address.)
I keep an inventory of products for your immediate needs. Plus I will be happy to deliver
or mail them to your home.
________ (name of customer) Thanks again for taking time to update your information.
